Agile Presentations: Making Your Messages Stick

Are you an Agilist who is having trouble communicating to your team? Have you presented your ideas to various audiences and been greeted by yawns or flat-out disagreement? Being able to effectively communicate your messages will not only enhance your reputation as a communicator, it will motivate and inspire others to reach your business goals.

This course takes the Agile Software Development Manifesto and relates it to making compelling presentations and communicating more effectively. Interactive exercises give participants the tools they can immediately use to improve their communications and make their messages stick. The course is designed to improve effectivenss and confidence when doing public speaking whether for a group of two or 2,000.

Duration: 1 ½ days

Because of the intense, individual coaching this course offers, it is limited to no more than 4 participants.

Designed to help EU-based organizations working with teams, customers or other stakeholders in the USA, this course will help businesses understand and diffuse the cultural differences that interfere with getting messages across to their American audiences—helping them achieve greater success.
